Our Healthcare Education program offers classes that empower women to gain knowledge about specific health concerns and develop strategies for self-care.
It is crucial that incarcerated women acquire the necessary knowledge to not only take care of themselves but also advocate for their ongoing care while incarcerated and in the broader community.
A Sacred Place, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization dedicated to providing rehabilitative programs and educational opportunities for incarcerated women in Connecticut.
